event branding.

  • this client has several sorority events a year that requires supporting branding and event flyers. we created the brand identities for their small business events, they black business directory, their annual may week events, and their 85th anniversary.

webpages.

  • their website needed a refresh to make it more modern and cohesive throughout. they also needed new pages created for their virtual museum and to support all their events.

online forms.

  • the client needed request forms for users to be added to their black business directory and or to request participation in their small business events.

this project was a true labor of love.

honored by her sorority chapter, the north jersey alumnae chapter of delta sigma theta sorority, inc, and a beloved line sister who thought up this brilliant event, our owner was asked to deliver all the materials for this inaugural event.

webpages and social.

  • this event needed a microsite to educate the public about the event as well as the different foods that traveled the african diaspora. the site also highlighted each of the vendors that participated.

    the event colors were chosen to align with those associated with africa

print.

  • this in-person event required several print materials to support it including, a menu, vendor signage, table tents, a punch card, and a means to drive attendees to a survey for feedback.

centerpieces.

  • since this event had the celebration of food at its core, we decided to incorporate the various foods that crossed the diaspora as the primary centerpiece elements. each table has a vase filled with one or more of these foods as well as a qr code so attendees could learn more about how each of them made their way across the african diaspora.
