our founder's life experiences challenged her to consistently use her creativity, love for design and her project management skills to explore better opportunities and new ways to do things. These innate abilities kept her grounded when surrounded by chaos, and when she found herself in complex situations, her love and knowledge of design proved to be the most valuable resources in her toolbox.  Through it all, she identified gaps where her design skills would make a real difference and she developed an immense passion for giving to others.

danielle has visited countless venues where the smallest of touches would have made a big difference. she considered how many businesses would attract more customers if they had a logo and website that stood out among their competition or how much more memorable an event would be with even the smallest of touches.

this gap [ insert that money shouldnt deny a business the basics }. should came down to the lack of time or money, something a great project manager is excellent at balancing, so she decided to offer affordable services to the small business community and those who want to revamp their home or office. coincidently, danielle’s love for handmade gifts and crafting has also become a benefit to others so she figured she’d offer those services too.

danielle penn has a master's degree in design management from Pratt and over 20 years experience managing design projects. she is also one of only two black electrologists in new jersey and owns.a business providing permanent hair removal to those struggling with unwanted hair.
